RETURNS POLICY

Please keep all packaging until you have tested your purchase to your satisfaction.

Delivery should take place within seven working days (depending on region) after the item has been shipped. If a delivery is attempted and the courier/postal worker leaves a card, please follow the advices on that card. Please note that with any Royal Mail service and/or most Couriers, we cannot change the delivery address once the item has been shipped without incurring extra charges, which I am afraid we would have to pass on to you. We can authorise leaving with neighbours (except Royal Mail), but please note that they will need to follow the instructions with regards to checking the contents.

PROBLEM WITH THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED? (RETURNS PROCEDURE):

The returns procedure covers everything from faulty or misadvertised items, missing parts or even receiving the wrong item and MUST be followed (even if you do not wish to return it!).
